bottle. so pumped this is back on the shelves again! pours a nice amber color. smell is not strong, but nice. taste is excellent, so smooth for a 10.0% ABV. slight citrus taste with a nice hoppy finish. this is one of the most under rated IIPAs in my opinion. definitely worth a try.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a hazy orange/honey color. It has nice lacing and just minimal head retention. Tastes like hops, it is quite floral on the front end with a mild grapefruit finish. A pretty good beer, but does not taste like a 10% beer.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On nitro. Hop aromas of pine and citrus, somewhat tropical. Nicely balanced, the nitro really brings forward the malt structure. Medium bodied, creamy smooth.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On nitro at Gilly's Craft Beer & Fine Wine in Rockville, MD.
Lightly hazy, amber with a large, creamy off-white head and excellent lacing.
Aroma of pine, caramel, citrus and even more pine.
Taste of pine, caramel malt, citrus and floral hops. Lots of bitter hops ,yet the malt makes its presence clear.
Medium/full body and low/medium carbonization. Fizzier than you'd expect for a nitro.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bought this one for the amazing label. Poured a cloudy copper color with chunks floating around in it and a white head. Malty aroma with pine. Flavor starts out caramel malt with a sweet citrusy middle and finishing off with a pine bitterness.

2.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Draft at Beer Run. Pours a slight hazy amber color with a thin frothy off-white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of citrus and tropical hops, toasted malt, latex, dirty garbage. The taste is caramel malt, citrus, spicy hops. Overly bitter, astringent. Medium bodied. Train wreck.
