Aug 10, 2008 Bottled at the brewpub. Hazy pale yellow, small head. Evident banana aroma. Sweet and very light bodied with lots of banana esters and a touch of strawberry. Dense, rounded mouthfeel. Quite refreshing. My favourite amongst the otherwise very restrained beers at Sauer Gunzendorf.

Dec 4, 2007 Dark yellow colored, strongly cloudy appearance. Big white head. Strongly grainy aroma with banana and some spices, hints of glue, some yeast also there. Thin to medium bodied. Flavor has same grains than aroma, also this banana and lemon also here. Hints of glue in aftertaste with yeast and drying touch. Basic weisse, some distracting unclean note comes up.

Jul 8, 2005 Pale colored, cloudy. Flowery aroma with citrus. Citric flavor, flowery, clove. Hint of banana. Friedly weisse with good thirts quenching capacities.

Citric and banana flavors, wheaty base.
Medium to light body.
Quite refreshing weisse.
