Saugatuck Brewing Co. and Binny’s Beverage Depot met like many friends do, over beer. We discussed the different aspects of what we enjoy, and together, we created something beautiful. Brewed for and by Binny’s, we took SBC’s Pathfinder Pale Ale and added a boatload of hops to it, such as Citra, Simcoe, and Nelson Sauvin, plus dry hopped with very rare Mosaic hops. Ladies and gentleman I give you "Hopfinder".

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Tasted from a bomber. It poured with super carbonation that fluffed up the bubbly head like no beer I’ve ever had. Split the bomber between 3 glasses, and each looked and tasted a bit different. Aroma is mostly citrus and hops, but again, each of the three pourings from the same bottle was slightly different. Tough to rate a beer that is inconsistent from within the same bottle.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Had it out of a bomber from Binny’s. Pours a hazy amber, with all kind shit floating around in the beer, but thats ok. It poured with a lot of head ( that’s what she said ), It has a very tangy hop citrus flavor with a nose to match.

3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
650ml bottle. Smell is light and citrusy. The flavor is great as it warms. By the end it develops a super juicy tropical fruitiness.
