Our friend Chip has been perfecting this over the years and it continues to evolve. This batch has a good dose of espresso from Uncommon Grounds in Saugatuck.

Rich dark brown pour with a hint of oiliness...and a rocky brown head. The smokiness is just hinted at...flavors of bitter coffee, toffee, roasted nuts, and brown sugar, being more emphasized. This is another nicely brewed experiment, which could be even bolder in my opinion.
