At the Brewery tap house. Pretty decent IPA. Strange that I wasn’t picking up the rye as much as I have in other rye beers but it could have been the strength of the hops. Serving: Tap

Hop In Yer Rye pours a half cloudy dark orange with an eggshell white head that lasts a fair amount and leaves excellent thick lacing. The aroma is grapefruit, citrus and rye. The flavor is rye, grapefruit and citrus. A nice hop bitterness hangs on a bit in the aftertaste. This is a very nice beer. Worth having more than one.

Clear, light copper with frothy, white head, light lacing / Moderately sweet, syrupy nose of pine, weed and citrus / Medium body, sweet and lightly syrupy, decent hop balance, and bitter finish / Flavors of spun sugar, honey, pine, candied orange peel & grapefruit, rye spice / Decent, but lacking in fresh flavors of citrus and pine in favor of the not uncommon candied version.

A double rye ipa. It is thick and sweet, the hops come thorugh with a medium bitterness. It isn’t bad.
