Tasted OK but something disagreed with me with the way it smelled. Smelled kind of like hay but with some wrong mixed in. Serving:Bottle

has a somewhat slaggy aroma. look is simply common yellow beer. palate has decent carbonation. slaggy aroma carrier over to the taste as well. hides alky well. finishes a little above average but there is this dull slight ale thing conitually in the background.

Bottle shared at chriso Post-GBBF Tasting 2014, London. Clear pale golden beer with a small head. Fruity caramel aroma, grassy, some grapes. Fruity bready flavor, hay, grapes, some floral notes.

Can. Clear golden pour with a small white head. Some light citrus and vanilla aromas. Taste is more of a floral tone with stale tasting malts. Easy drinking but doesn’t leave a clean aftertaste. Soft carbonation with an oily texture. Not bad, but was hoping for better.

Had high hopes in that one. Well, it is just another blond one with some malt, some crispy background and a bit vanilla. Drinkable, average.

Bottle from Bierothek in Bamberg. The beer pours out in a deep golden colour with steady low head and medium body. Aroma of malt and straw with some hoppy hints. Taste of old hops, straw, hay and grains. Hints of bread. Dull finish. Not a good beer to enjoy and not quaffable - expected way more.

bottle from bierpost. Golden colour with a white head. Malty nose. Malty, very, very shy hops in the far distance, grainy hints of sweetcorn. Solid but a bit boring.

Leicht trübes goldgelbes Bier mit ordentlicher weißer Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig fruchtig, leicht hopfig. Geschmack nach Aprikosen und Mirabellen, leicht hopfig bitter.

can. pours hazy pale yellow with small white head showing poor retention and shy lacing. hay, spicy breadiness, sweetish cereals, lo-fi citrus and floral notes, some wort - white grape juice, hint of sweetness, average to light carbonation, light body - never watery, relatively dry and almost balanced floral-lightly woodsy-spicy-citrusy finish. ok.

Easily one of the best blondes I’ve had. The malt profile on this one is incredible. Highly recommended.

(bottle, 35.5cl) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond and short foamy head. Slightly bready and delicately grainy malty aroma with fruity (apricot, citrus) and flowery hops. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Grainy and slightly sugary malt upfront with mildly flowery and delicately fruity hops; sweet malt-accented and shy hoppy finish. Too sweet for my liking. 29.VIII.14
