Mostly clear and golden, a short white head disappears within a minute. Very faint aroma of pale malt and little else. Flavor is surprisingly solid, a little one-dimensional, but, well... this is a blonde. Satisfying Ovaltine maltiness with a hint of nuts, taffy and lemon. An easy-drinker. If it was on-hand I would session it, but I doubt I would purposely seek it out. ~~~~~~~~~ 6pk./12oz. from one of my wifeís co-workers.

UPDATED: MAY 7, 2016 This beer just isnít that impressive to me. Itís very easy to drink, like very easy. It tastes like is PBR was a craft, and for that it is not bad. Definitely get the caramel aroma and taste. Overall, just kinda good.

Straw color with a dissipating white head. Aromas of flour and grains. Hints of hops. Light sweetness with some grains and mild astringency. Not much going on with this one.

Bottle in Bodega in Bowness on Windermere. Golden with a thin white head. Mild citrus aroma. The taste has a little floral citrus. Watery and fairly bland. Poor.

Aroma had an odd sour milk ordor, but it isnít a skunk beer. Taste is dull and more of a light than a crafted beverage. No hops, malts are dulled and the barley exists but is not roasted or crisp. Palate is clean and slightly sweet, not bad. Not something I ever need to have again. Bottle

Bottled. Yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is bready and caramel malts along with mild grains, grass, some floral and herbal notes. Flavour is quite similar with some mild spruce to it. Quite a crisp maltiness to it.

Rating #1206 - 29.07.2014 - Bottle sent up from Saugatuck as advance samples. Clear yellow pour with a bubbly white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is light vegetal, sweet malts and grainy/grassy. Taste is a freight train of malt, medium bodied, with a tiny hoppy kick at the end to keep things interesting - grassy bitterness tempers the light bready malty sweetness.
