3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours golden with a white, short lived head. Aroma consists of grapefruit, pineapple, peach, and a bit of pine. It is enticing, but doesn’t overpower you. The taste is what you would expect from this style. Grapefruit and pine dominate. I also find lemon, pineapple, grass, and a few floral impressions actually. Bitter. Aftertaste is pine and grapefruit. Medium in body with a more sticky texture. This is a fairly solid IPA.

Im not a huge fan of the dryer beers. It has a lighter actual flavor profile. I’d drunk it again.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 7/20
Best Western International Gateway in Romulus Michigan near Detroit airport. Decent IPA. Not remarkable but very hoppy and refreshing. Clear, golden colour, clean finish, a bit creamy but not a remarkable palate, mildly carbonated, head dissipated quickly and there was very little lacing.

12 oz bottle. 1178. BB 131229. (Siciliano’s) Grand Rapids, MI.
Clear golden colour with a small white head.
Fruity and candy sweet hops and cookie malty sweetness in the aroma.
The flavour is grapefruity and mild resiny hops, moderate bitterness and some maltiness. Much drier.
A bit watery and one-dimensional. Harsh bitterness in the aftertaste.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: SEP 4, 2013 Had it out of a bottle. Pours a hazy Amber appearance with a slight head and a piney citrus aroma. The taste was happy with a slight bitter aftertaste and the pallet felt wet basement.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Aroma is sweet, floral and piny. Appearance is dark orange, hazy, small white head. Taste is super light, almost watery wuth slight hop presence. Mouthfeel is the same. Overall, this is still the best beer at this bar. That isn’t saying much.
