5/18/2007: Hazy yellow witha a large, dense, creamy, long lasty, ivory-colored head. This beer is dry-hopped and ample fresh citrus and grapefruit hops are apparent in the aroma and flavor. There is just enough malt (toffeeish flavored) to hold this beer up and provide some balance. Above average level of bitterness. Dry finish with some grassy/vegetation like hops. A little thing on the palate, but not too bad. Average carbonation. Clean.
