Not much of an aroma, they put a lemon wedge in it which is rarely a good sign. Dry as the name suggests, thin and average at best.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
33cl bottle, Maruhn 12/2014. Fairly thin and artificially sweetened and soured (citric acid, colorant) macro cider, not much going on apart from sourish diluted Granny Smith, unnoticeable 5,5%. Far cry from some Normandie ciders.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
330mL bottle BB 11/2014
Pale yellow body, actually holds a thin head of foam.
Mild arma of reconstituted apple juice with a bit of savoury spice.
Reasonably lively carbonation, light body, drops away relatively quickly on the palate
Light sweetness upfront, flavours of brown apple flesh followed by a touch of cinnamon-like spice, lingering on a moderately dry finish. Not bad, flavour is a bit different from others, not sure about it though.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle Morrisons. Pale clear amber colour shortlived white head. Aroma is week apple peel. Taste is clean crisp apples slight tart medium dry finish. Medium body and carbonation. This wasn’t all that bad a good session cider I think because of the use of granny smiths There’s nothing really to hit u in aroma or taste but then I can undersatand this as I don’t really see this variety as a good cider apple. Decent all considered.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 4/20
It’s very refreshing. It tastes like wine. It has alcohol. It’s something I can down a six pack in a sunny afternoon. BUT IT’S NOT BEER. My all fours rating doesn’t reflect my opinion of this superb product, just a protest against its listing here.

500ml bottle from Billingham Tesco. Pale yellow golden colour, foam white head leaving alittle lacing and tart apple skins aroma. Light apple flavour, slightly sweetish, straw & watery notes. Light bodied, soft carbonation, some hints of earthiness with a dry fairly clean finish. Quite OK cider.

Not a great smell - a bit cheesy. Pretty nice colouring and no head. Doesn’t really have a lot of flavour.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. Pale yellow cider. Quite a lot of fizz in this one. Aroma of sour apples. Taste is medium sweet, apples and some sweetener. Not very well balanced, drinkable.
