It’s very refreshing. It tastes like wine. It has alcohol. It’s something I can down a six pack in a sunny afternoon. BUT IT’S NOT BEER. My all fours rating doesn’t reflect my opinion of this superb product, just a protest against its listing here.

330 ml bottle. (5% ABV) Pours a clear, golden yellow with a thin, fizzy, white head. Sweet apple aroma. Sweet apple flavour with a slightly dry, tart finish. Light body with a watery texture and fizzy carbonation. Refreshing, but nothing to get excited about.

Bottle thanks to Summer. Clear gold pour. Herbal, watermelon-apple candy. Not atrocious (unlike these notes).

Crystal clear light golden colour, no head to mention. Aromas of candy and ripe apple. Softly carbonated, smooth texture, medium bodied. Mainly sweet yet not too clogging, pretty drinkable, yet a very light sour touch developping. Medium lasting apple sweet finish with sugar impressions.

Chris’s wife brought this back from an Africa trip. To my surprise, it is actually my first South Africa tick.

A bit of a Hungarian apple chewy candy thing going on here. Cinnamon? Not really dry, but not really bad either. This could have been far worse.

Pours a clear golden colored body. The aroma is golden delicious apples. The taste is mostly sweet with a little dryness, almost bitter touch. The texture is crisp and fizzy. It’s easy to drink, but a bit on the sweet side.

Meh, sort of average fizzy cider, fairly bland, muted apple, sweet up front and lightly dry in the end.

330ml bottle. Clear straw body, small white head with poor retention. Aroma of apple vinegar, granny smith apples, green grapes. Taste of mineral water, diluted apple juice, white wine. Pleasant.

Where and how: b.330ml LCBO
Aroma nice, sweet true apple aromas, soft and pleasant.
Appearance :
Top: light white rocky cap.
Base: bright sunny golden look.
Palate : watery, light but coarse carbonation.
Taste: aroma promised so much more. Felt washed out with strange phenolic off notes.
other notes light, watery seems well suited for hot days.
