It’s very refreshing. It tastes like wine. It has alcohol. It’s something I can down a six pack in a sunny afternoon. BUT IT’S NOT BEER. My all fours rating doesn’t reflect my opinion of this superb product, just a protest against its listing here.

33 cL bottle at Hog Heaven, Virgin Gorda, BVI. Pale yellow color, and no appreciable head. Nice nose of red delicious and granny smith, and some white wine character. Sweet, with a good balancing bitterness. Light to medium body, crisp, and pretty dry. Overall, a nice, refreshing, and slightly unusual cider.

Bottle in Malawi. Pale yellow with little head. Aroma and taste has apples, light lemon and not so much of the vomity notes from Savannah Light. Drinkable at best.

330ml Flasche. Klar und golden. Leichtes Apfelaroma. Aber insgesamt eher wässrig und wenig aromatisch.

Beer #2 at KLIA that turned out not to be a beer but hard cider. Not a hard cider fan. And the bartender wanted to put a slice of lemon in it. Bad + bad =awful.

Clear yellow body with a light white head that dissipates quickly. Strong aroma of apple, with a taste to match and an overall sweetness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can shared. Pours clear golden with a minimal off white head. Aroma of green apples, red apples, apple skin, apple core, chopped slices of apple, apple juice and crushed pips of the apple. Flavor is apple. Light bodied with moderate carbonation and heavy apple.

Bottle at Behind The Hills. Pours yellow color, small white head. Aroma of apples. Taste is medium sweet, apples. Nice, not sa dry one would expect.

Bottle from Seoul Plaza. Aroma sweet, some fruity fermentation left-overs, instantly reminding the first shy attempts at cider made here in Slovakia now. One would think they must be made by the same person. Clear yellow colour. Taste is like having sex in canoe. Sweet, with a slightly sticky mouthfeel. Neutral watery finish. I guess this is okay for mass-market, but not so much for a more demanding drinker.

330ml bottle from Next door New Ross 5% Aroma is of musty apples and quite suttle. The appearance is light yellow with little carbonation like a chardonnay. The taste is light and fruity with little carbonation a sharp citrus cut and a tadte of pears. It’s not overly sweet, a little dry and moreish. Could be sessionable but the bottle size doesn’t Instigate it.
