Pours sparkling medium gold with hefty CO2 bubbles rising randomly to atmosphere. Vinegary, sour pulped fruit nose, salty and mineral-like with a waft similar to that of urinal cakes, not pleasant. Aroma plays in the mouth with some wishy washy notes of dank liquor, sand grittiness? and that unsettling urinal-cake thing I can’t ignore just makes this nasty. Very mild apple peel notes bare a mention, no real fruit flavour. Luckily it finishes short and considerably crisp, the body light and carbonation moderate. A re-rate to be fair as I don’t think this meager cider travels too well in the clear bottles! (34cL, BB16/05/09, Franklin St Liquor, Bunbury)

33cl bottle. Very light gold color. Very thin head. Medium to high carbonation. Sweetness is medium and sourness is low. Quite simple apple aroma.

Refreshing, crisp, not too macro and 3%! What do people want? Blood? This is much better than raters below will have you believe. Very drinkable, approachable and no off tastes that I usually get with mass produced cider.

Clear 330 ml bottle at home. Sparkling, clear golden body with a short lived, fizzy white head. Pulpy, fruity, candy, aceton aroma. Fresh gooseberries and candy esters in the mouth. Is there something off about it? Fruity and acidic. Juicy, soft drink texture. Light body.

Light yellow and clear. Has a white head, fully diminishing. Sweet aroma, sugars and faint fruit, light acid too. Flavor is sweet, a bit odd, perhaps notes of egg. Light astringent. Lively carbonation.

Medium head with medium duration. Color is pale yellow. Aroma and taste are sweet apples, fruit sugar and is a little watery. Medium carbonation.

Bottle 340 ml. A clear golden colour with almost no head. A light aroma of apple. The taste is sweet and light bitter. A light body, watery texture, fizzy carbonation and a short finish.

330 ml bottle in Kenya. Is a golden yellow with no head. Aroma is apples and light alcohol. Taste is much the same but somewhat dry. Palate ends in a light sweetness. An ok but weaker Cider.
