4.6 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Smells like apple juice, and has a solid amber color. The flavor is very juicy, and highly acidic, like malic acid found in Green Apples (used to make sour candies), but with sort of a sweet cover. It ends up smelling and tasting a lot like candied apples. It also has a flowery smell and taste underneath, coming off like like the leaves of an apple tree. As you can probably tell, this is a very interesting, and very complex beer. Overall it is, very fresh, and easy to drink.

Tap at Tsuki To Taiyo. Caramel, bit of a hoppy bite, orange and citrus but malt dominates. Not so bitter. Not much aroma at all.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
650ml brown bottle. Coppery orange colour, bit hazy. A good looking pour with a large off white head with a very creamy bead, and lots of glass coating, sticky lacing. Aromas of tropical fruit, grapefruit and caramel. Taste has some caramel, grass, pine, citrus and some tropical notes. Grapefruit in the aftertaste, medium bittterness. Pretty easy drinker, ok balance.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours clear pale amber with three fingers of pillowy light beige head, excellent retention and lacing. (4/5) Nose is pineapple, grapefruit, caramel, malt, mild floral and pine. (7/10) Taste is moderate sweet, moderately strong bitter. (7/10) Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, lingering and building bitter finish. (4/5)
A middle of the pack effort for Elysian: Better than Loser, similar to Superfuzz, not as good as Space Dust or Avatar Jasmine. (And, holy hell, how many Elysian IPAís have I tried?) A solid, pleasant hop-forward IPA with a nice amount of bitterness. (15/20)

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Cloudy orange pour. Sharp hop bitterness in nose. Very sharp bitterness I am assuming from high AA in the nelson. Bitterness lingers.

Murky orange pour. Thin, off white head with very little carbonation. Hoppy taste on the front and back in. Good example of the style.

A good IPA, but not a great one. Has nice citrus hop flavours and a beautiful pour, but I enjoyed most of Elysianís other IPAs more.
