Savazius Beer is a product of double high fermentation (with re-fermentation in the bottle), a fact which accounts for its higher than usual alcohol content.
It is produced and bottled in Belgium, where beer brewing is a centuries old tradition.
As all beers with supreme taste, it is served cold, but not frozen. It is served ideally between 4-8ºC. When you serve, use a cold glass (not warm, or frozen).

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
(33 cl bottle from Minimarket in Myrties, Kalymnos, Greece) Pours a copper brown with rich, long-lasting, tan head that laces the glass. Richly carbonated, malty, syrupy aroma with notes of sweet caramel. Its character comes more from being sweet than from being full-bodied. Oily on the palate, medium-bodied with a long, sweet finish. The taste is malty sweet, syrupy with notes of chestnut, caramel and bread. Girlfriend says: "I don’t like that at all - old bread!"
