| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jul 11, 2006 Light golden yellow pour with minimal white head. Aromas of hops with a hint of floral scents. Flavour is clean and crisp hopiness, with more of a fruit than floral taste. A very plesant surprise worth checking out. gws57 (1137), Saint Charles, Illinois, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Mar 18, 2005 Bright golden color and quite active with impressive bright white, sticky head. Starchy malt aroma. Flavor basis isn’t all that different than most import lagers, except with a bit more oomph and sweet syrupy texture. CaptainCougar (5420), Rockville, Maryland, USA

Aroma of lightly sweet caramel and noble hops. Body starts with a decent amount of sweet malt and thins toward a slightly bitter finish with a lager yeasty profile. A pretty standard pilsner. muzzlehatch (4427), Burlington, Vermont, USA

Pours a clear light gold in my 12 oz Michelob glass, small continuing bubble action, medium lasting head...fresh sweet nose with hints of pils herbal nature...pleasing soft body, light hoppiness and herbal qualities at the front with a soft finish and just a hint of late bitterness, medium body. | 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Feb 28, 2004 Maybe it was just the situation I was in when I tried it (hanging out with some good friends at a favourite bar enjoying a drinking session of several new beers), but I thought this was a pretty decent Euro-lager. The colour is a nice straw-gold with a fluffy white head. The aroma didn't have any of the skunkiness that others have noted, just a fresh, grassy hop character. Body is crisp and refreshing, and the flavour is light but balanced with a mild bitterness in the finish. We are experiencing some early spring-like weather in Toronto right now, so a beer like this is a perfect match. tiggmtl (4311), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Mar 26, 2004 Some cereal malt and herbal hops on the nose. Clear golden body with dense white head that diminishes slowly for style. Very well balanced malt and fine crisp bitterness. Mouthfeel not very lively. Despite the cute bottle this is actually a fairly decent offering. Bottle (green).
