The best beer people in college in France can get. You might receive accolades from homeless people on the way home, but they are just reaffirming your great decision. A pack of 10 is a little over 2 euro and it tastes exponentially better than cheap US beers. In my apartment we have a saying for this beer: "Berg Bier for life"... we intend to keep this promise.

Bottled 250ml. -from Auchan Budaörs. Golden coloured, small to medium sized white head that went away fast, mild malty nose. Sweetish malty, mild corny and touch of grain with watery finish. Like I’ve edpected.

quickly disappearing head, bright golden colour; quite simple lager with some sweetness and hoppy bitterness

50 cL can from Franprix - only 0.59 euros. Spilled some on my hands when I opened the can, and now I smell like a homeless person. Otherwise it doesn’t smell that bad. In a trappist glass it tastes awful. Like watery wet cardboard, but with a lot gross of packing glue on it. This could be the worst of the hobo beers at Franprix and Carrefour. I can’t even finish it. And now I am 59 euro pennies poorer, and not drunk at all.

Can 50cl @auchan. A clear yellow beer with medium head. Nose is grainy and hopy like. Aroma is lager like with dry malt notes, low body, dusty hops, finish has peppery notes, another basic cheap lager.

Blond color; almost no head retention. The aroma is very light but nothing wrong. The body is weak; there is very light malt flavor, light sweetness, correct bitterness. Refreshing, but simple and inoffensive.

Bov (9683) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - MAR 29, 2011
canned; from a supermarket in Neuchâtel - clear golden beer with a white chaotic foam left; aroma of paperboard and public toilets; medium-bodied, quite sweet with a late corny tartness, no bitterness and a flat aftertaste - a beer true to the terrible quality usual for Saverne ...

Can 500ml.
Clear medium yellow orange color with a small to average, frothy to fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, cabbage water, green grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20091114]

Can. A light golden beer with a thin lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and cereal. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, ctirus, and bread, leading to a dry bitter finish.
