Eigentlich recht ordentlich.

Bottle from trade with Calisky - many thanks, Fred! The beer has got a deep dark brown colour with a steady low head and medium body. Aroma of malt and torf. Taste of roasted malt, dark bread, leaves, woods and roast. Hints of caramel and herbs. Easy drinkable, yet way too thin.

Aroma: alcohol, lemon, hay; Appearance: pale brown, vanishing head; Taste: intense sweetness, slight sourness, slight bitterness; Palate: watery texture, abrupt finish, light body, fizzy carbonation Poor. Mostly just glucose syrup without much of a malty mouthfeel.

Honestly this wasn’t a bad beer. Yes it is perhaps overly sweet and almost cola-like but it doesn’t taste bad. It is an easy drinker and one dimensional, so really not a whole lot to it but certainly a decent step up from a light beer.

Deep black alsacian mid-range beer with finger-thick cream-white foam. Too much malts in the taste, the aftertaste has a nearly homeopathic hint of the coffee/oily bitterness I would have wanted. This is like a malzbier with alcohol, and that is in no way a compliment.

3330 ml bottle. Appearance: Brown (Not black) with a faint ring as head. Aroma: Has a faint dark malt aroma and some nuts. Taste: Sweet, caramel and brown sugars, some licorice tones ,the Finish has some cacao powder and nuts and is dry thin body, slightly below average carbonation. Quite bad and verry dissapointing I was I had hoped to get a nice Dunkel and got someting more close to cola.

Can from Monoprix, Nice. Dark brown rather than black with no head and a bit of a carbonation. Looks like cola. Has the faintest of dark malt aroma and taste with a small sweetness evident, but not much going on here.
