Ever heard of the birds and the bees? When our Chef Brian (Tupelo Honey Café) collaborated with Saw Works’ master brewer, our own Tupelo Honey hand-crafted ale was birthed. Made with Riverbend Rye Malt from Asheville and real tupelo honey, this medium-bodied ale has a crisp, distinct flavor with a hint of honey complementing our dishes perfectly. Raise a glass to mountain creativity, baby.
