COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
You approach the solitary windswept pine as it sits stoically upon its tiny perch of Canadian Shield and you wonder to yourself, “Why does this beautiful tree stand alone?” Then as you step closer, in awe of its majestic splendour, a branch blows down and slaps you right across your face. Sawdust City’s Lone Pine IPA is aggressively hopped and bursting with flavours of pine and citrus, loaded with mounds of hops and balanced with a blend of 4 different malts. Like that truculent tree, each glass is like a pine bow across your face.

Keg at Bar Hop. Clear amber body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of orange and burnt caramel. Flavour of marmalade and sweet orange. Medium body with a sticky mouthfeel. Soft fizz. A solid IPA but it feels quite sweet and heavy somehow.

Pours a cloudy golden color with a small white head. Nose of fresh pine and some citrus. Very pleasant nose. Very smooth mouthfeel. Finish is medium piney bitterness. Medium sweetness. Very unique and excellent absolutely loved it.

Bar Hop 2 rate. Pours a clear golden with a small white head that leaves nice lacing. Nose is of juicy fruits and pine. Taste is pretty bitter and a bit harsh but not by much. Fruity hops, piny hops. A moderate sweetness. Body is medium, carbonation moderate and mouthfeel is sticky. A nice IPA I would certainly come back to even if it is a bit harsh.

473 mL Can. Murky gold body with a 3-finger white foamy head that settles but get prety clingy and blotchy on the sides of the glass. Resiny-grapefruity hops are first in line at the nose, a hint of grass and clover, and the sweet light malts complete the bouquet. The sweet pale malts delight the tongue and then the hops embrace in the aftertaste. Hoppy-bitter linger in the finish. Call it the IPA addiction, call it whatever, but for me it flies quite well.

This is an impressive IPA. Pours with a beautiful head that lasts. Cloudy orange. Grapefruit aromas and pine. Continues on the tongue. Long pleasant finish. Nicely done. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cannette 473ml via trade, merci Alex - Asheft. Canned on 01.27.2016. Solide.

Powerfully aromatic, grassy wet hops to begin with some yeast and light banana notes and a mild spice scent. Unfiltered, creamy, pastel appeal with a thick snowy head. Bold and bitter and favours the fan of hops. Balanced with citrus and grapefruit flavours. The aftertaste is sturdy and lasts a while.

This IPA poured a cloudy Amber colour with a big white head. Scents include lots and lots of citrus. Pine and cedar to boot. Smells over the top hoppy. First swig thank God wasn't as hoppy as the nose. Slightly sweet with flavours of pineapple and lemon citrus. Finish is lightly lemony and medium bitter.
