On cask @PubMilos. A very solid representation of the West Coast IPA. Chewy citrus and pine over a good caramel and biscuit background. Big hop aroma; long, lasting bitterness. Nice.

Really nice flavour, not overly hoppy, good colour and nice aroma, definitely worth a try.

Bottle: Poured an orangey color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma consists of citrus hops with light earthy notes. Taste is also dominated by citrus hops with medium sweet malt notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well brewed thought missing a little something to differentiate from the pack.

650ml bottle from LCBO. Pours a deep gold (Lovibond 6) with loose thin head. Nice lace. Aroma is of citrus and hops. Taste is very hoppy like grapefruits - not much of its namesake in here though (pine). Very smooth and well balanced. Good level of carbonation. Squeaky clean palate. I'm impressed.

UPDATED: SEP 7, 2013 Update: 650 ml bottle. Pours a nearly clear golden orange with a one finger white head that leaves nice lacing. Bubbles rising to the surface. Aroma has notes of citrus, and pine. Taste is bitter with a dry bitter aftertaste. Medium body and carbonation. Simcoe cask at Session Muskoka. Pours a translucent orange with a bubbly white head. Aroma is nice and hoppy. Taste is bitter with notes of hops and a slightly dry finish. Low carbonation. Medium body. Slightly watery texture. Nice stuff.Update: Regular Lone Pine on tap at Session Muskoka. Pours a transparent Orange with a one finger white head that thins to a film. Nice lacing.Similar taste to the simcoe cask but with more fruits and pine. Nice stuff. Not my fav but good. Worth a try.

cask. Pours slightly cloudy orange, bubbly cask head. Aroma of pine, very strong. Taste has good balance between malts and hops, more mellow than the sharp aroma would attest. Pretty good.

pours hazy golden with a nice white head, some retention and lacing. honeyed, grainy and lightly sweet fresh toasted spicy malts, hint of caramel, oranges, sweet pine needles, hint of maple, citrus, pepper. moderate carbonation, light body, relatively dry piney-citrusy finish. balanced. ok.

On tap at National Capital Beer Festival. Amber with an off white head. First whiff makes me think of wet hops with a mellow resiny bitterness, quite smooth, some fruitiness and a nice bready malt backbone without too much sweetness. Moderate carbonation, moderate yet mild body, initial hint of sweetness that becomes bitter, quite balanced and a nice long finish that keeps on giving.

Man this is nice! Pours mostly clear orange with minimal head and some clumpy lacing. Nose is very citrusy. Notes of juicy citrus, pine comes, maybe a slight peach back there. Taste is very slight sweet fruit and lots of bitterness that lasts a long time. Full juicy body with lively carbonation and an aggressive dry finish. Really great!

Copper pour, nose is hoppy, lemon, touch if cat piss. Flavour is old timey hoppy, good balance of hops and malts. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
