3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Tap at barhop. Pours a hazy gold with a white head. Lightly sour, lemony floral aroma. Medium body, medium carbonation. Lots of white wine, grass, lemon, apple, melon, pear candy, hint of pepper and clove... Lightly sour, maybe slightly too winey, but it's tasty.

That white wine aroma and taste really sticks out. Very unusual but nice. Prefer the regular girl pants but still good.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Can from the brewery. Murky light orange with a generous white head that lingers. Dominant white wine and wood on the nose with a generous helping of green fruit and citrus and a supporting light toffee along with a yeasty spiciness. Light sweet fruit supports the medium tartness of grape and a bit of cherry. Light woodiness is evident in the finish. Medium slick mouth with fine carbonation and lingering tart finish. Princess works much better with this ageing.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
473ml can from the brewery. Pours a hazy yellow with a big off white head. Aroma is very vinous, lots of earthy barrel and wood with some solid tropical fruity hops. A lovely tartness has been emparted by the barrel, almost like brett was added. The finish is bitter and sour with alot of vinous white grape woodiness.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Can - 473ml. Beautiful hazy golden body with a thin, fading, white foamy head. Fresh malty/hoppy aroma with fruity hints. Its sharp hoppy taste carries malty, yeasty, mango, and melon notes. Ends with a robust sour finish.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Enjoyed at the National Capital Craft Beer Week. Pours a cloudy golden colour with a frothy white head and some dirty lacing. Sour and vinegar nose with some light fruits. Smooth, and no alcohol burn. Wet mouthfeel and medium-bodied. Wow ! Very well-blended between a sour ale and a fruity Belgian one. Quite interesting and very easy to drink for such a strong brew.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
On Tap@the Bent Elbow - Shimmering hazed gold with a tight creamy cap that lasts and laces. Floral aroma with hints of citrus. berry, spice and a light fusel tone. Round mouthfeel medium body well finished ale. The front side of this ale’s profile has wonderful fruitiness mingling with sweetish pale malts, Hops play a support role but then come on in the middle and finish which is dry, fruity and lightly bitter with a sweet bready kiss at the end - a very easy drinking Belgian that definitely benefited from the barrel

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
2013-07-31. Hazy bright pastel orange body and modest off-white head. 3++ Aroma is moderate, pale malt, light fruit and white wine like vinous character. Flavour is dry and woody on first sip and fairly bitter. It has more wood character than I normally like but here it blends really well with the fruity bitterness. Bit of a white wine like undertones in the finish. Wood fades a little with each sip, adding to the drinkability. 7++ Average plus bodied palate, modest carbonation. On tap at BarHop, Toronto
