A golden orange with nicely flowing bubbles and a quickly vanishing white head. Strong Belgium yeast nose with some bubble gum, cinnamon, and some apple. Spicy toned yeast flavors, floral flavors, honey also. Pretty full mouth with a dry sticky finish. Enjoyable. Nose and taste are both honey, caramel, banana, winter spices, coriander. Well balanced and medium finish beer that has a sticky mouthfeel. Dark gold in color, almost amber. Very small white head. Aroma was yeasty, banana, and wheat with some candy sugar. Big aroma that was really nice. Flavor was really drinkable with a really nice taste. Soft palate with low carbonation. Slightly sweet with a lingering after taste. Banana and candy sugar predominates. Not too wheaty. Some fruit. Generally clean flavors. Tremendous after taste.
