| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 24, 2007 Golden-yellow in colour, thin white coloured head, some lacing. The aroma is of apples, pears, peaches, floral hops, very light yeast. The flavour is quite fruity (lots of apples and pears), some alcohol, floral, some toasted malts, some yeast and lemon citrus. Mildly bitter mouthfeel, medium body, medium carbonation. Finishes with a lingering fruit sweetness, some spice and alcohol. This wasn’t as citrusy as I expected it to be, soft with only some warmth. So far none of the Belgians that Stone makes are really standing out for me.

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jul 5, 2007 Bright yellow pour, just a touch of fat bubbles that form a ring around the edge of the glass. Slightly hazy. Aroma is very sweet and fruity, with notes of pears, apricots, lemons, oranges and candy sugar. Alcohol is subtle. The flavor is standard but decent. Very sweet with touches of alcoholic bitterness and mildly toasty grains. Alcohol isn’t noticeable in the flavor. The finish is sweet, dusty and lightly tart, with lingering acidity and apricot notes. Mouthfeel is very smooth, lightly carbonated, lightly syrupy and not very warming. mds (2112), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
