Aug 7, 2008 22 fl oz bottle at Stone Bistro. Pours a golden yellow to orange with a white lacing head. Mild spiced and caramel aroma. Smooth yeasty, caramel and mild spiced flavour. Smooth finish. Quite authentic yet a bit too clean to be really exciting.

Dec 7, 2003 Cheers to Kimchee for getting this rarity! Pale, bright yellow. Fruity aroma (apricot, peach, pear) with marshmallow. Sweet palate is fruity (pear, peach), vibrant textures and flowery esters. Well-hidden alcohol. Slightly tart in the finish, with lemony notes.

Dec 3, 2003 Clear amber body with minimal, quickly dissipatintg off-white head. Aroma is moderately sweet (candy sugar), orange, pepper, floral. Taste is sweet, orange, pepper, light coriander, finishing floral with a gentle alcohol warming. Full, slightly syrupy, and lightly-carbonated body. Many thanks to jcalabre.

Sep 5, 2004 Golden-amber body with a slight haze wears almost no head at all which disappoints a bit for a tripel. Honest aroma consisting mostly of gentle yeast notes and mead-like maltiness (honey, flowers, clovers). Moderate spiciness, herbs and mild smokiness. Rather perfumey palate, spicy (rosemary, basil), honey attack and candi sugar dominates a mild alcohol character. Nice soft carbonation, medium bodied. Average tripel.

Apr 3, 2008 22oz bottle acquired in trade with The_Beer_God (thanks!). Poured a medium orangish color with a small sized off whtie head. Aromas of pears, banans, some spices, and citrus. Tastes of the same fruitiness and spices. Some oxidation is starting to set in.
