Color dorato pallido con schiuma evanescente, al naso spezie e agrumi leggeri. In bocca fresca, delicata e beverina.

75 cl bottle. Pale yellow color with some yeast, quite quickly disapperaing head. Coriander aroma, orange, citrus, perfume and hårläggningsvätska. Malty orange flavor, citrus, some yeast and some hops. Balanced beer.

UPDATED: JUN 27, 2011 Alla spina a Balla coi Cinghiali 2010; molto buona, fresca e delicata, anche se di chinotto non ne sapeva molto a dire il vero. La riproverò.
SECONDO ASSAGGIO a Festafrica 2011, Toirano, è ben agrumata con un aroma di chinotto più marcato.

4th June 2010. Bottle. Cloudy pale gold beer. Light palate, pretty soft and very dry. Light fresh malt, virtually no hops. Like a cheap lager but softer and lighter. A trace of banana in the finish.

Unclear hazy medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity - vegetable, moderate hoppy, orange peel, flowers, moderate to heavy yeasty, soap, peach. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to lively, very carbonated. Alla spina. Al naso non ha una grrande forza in bocca si sente abbastanza il chinotto e risulta beverina manca di persisteza .

Bottle. Hazy yellow with a medium white head. Heavy spicy aroma. The notes are wheat, coriander and lavender. Flavour is wheat, coriander, ginger and lavender. Almost shampoo like. Not working very well in a beer.

Hazy orange coloured, medium sized white head, strong and pleasant citric nose. Lots of particles (yeasty and chinotto) floating inside my glass. Sweet fruity, spicy and chinotto peel with touch of coriander in the finis. Easy drinkable and very refreshing.
