Bottle 75cl. @ The Danish Summer Gathering Tasting, TSODRBSG09.
Unclear medium amber color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity, leather - shoe polish. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090822]

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and some spices. The flavor is sweet and acidic with notes of malt, caramel, lemon, and some spices, leading to a lemony dry finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Dedollewaitor. Slightly hazy amber golden, with no head at all. Fruity, spicy nose. Full-bodied, spicy, fruity and some caramel. But unfortunately sour and infected - again. 220809

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, 2009. Pours unclear orange with a small white head and lacings. Nose is dusty and fruity. Bread, caramel, yeast and baking powder. Drinkable though vaguely infected.

Bottle, 7%. OK spicy aroma, a little butter and caramel. Cloudy light brown colour. Very small head. The flavour is quite citric, but also has some malt. The citrus is slightly lemony, a bit lactic.

Bottle, courtesy of Dedollewaitor. It pours a hazy, orange-golden body under a minimal off-white head with floaties. Sour, lemony nose with pale malts and sweetish impression. Sour, fruity flavor with some caramel, rather sweet actually. Medium body, astringent. A decent beer, but too acidic for my likings. 090822

Botella. Hazy amber colour. Sweet malty wet dog caramel bit fruity aroma. Sweet sour malty fruity flavour with some bitterness. Infected.

Cloudy amber with a small white head. Aroma of bubblegum, herbs and a hint of brett. Sour spicy and herbal flavour

75 cl bottle. Golden colored beer with a white head. Malty bready aroma, with hoppy citrus and some yeast. Malty spicy flavor, citrus, hops, pepper and some floral notes. Hoppy spicy finish.

Bottle. Low and quickly disappearing white fluffy head. Hazy amber body. Barley malt flavor with a good deal of alcohol but also fruit and caramel in the aroma and flavor.plus a sour note. Low carbonation. Short aftertaste.
