Has a sickly sweet flavor to it that puts it to the bottom of the barrel for me. Haven’t touched this stuff in over 15 years but the flavor is ingrained in my memory. If you are short on cash and have no other choice, just make sure you drink it very, very cold. cjtwigs (1), Tampa, Florida, USA does not count | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jul 23, 2005 This American Pale lager targets a simple palate, it is very drinkable and predictable - don’t expect anything special. Drink it cold in a chilled lager glass and this still is the one beer to have when you are having more than one - that is, if you can still find it anywhere. Tastes of malt with very little hops, unneeded sweetness and flavors of corn and hay.
Still better than the Big three though nick76 (2656), Tampa, Florida, USA

Once you pour it the big white head foams away to nothing within a minute. Flavor, well its also basic, very sweet with a light chemical hop bitterness. Thin palate with a nice malty aftertaste that quickly turns sour. Best used as a cooking beer. Hopistotle420 (1178), Amherst, Massachusetts, USA

Small whitish head. Golden. Tastes sweet as all hell. Not very ice. But still this is American piss as we have all grown to love. That tap handle sketches me the fock out...
