For cheap beer, this is one of the worst. Has a sickly sweet flavor to it that puts it to the bottom of the barrel for me. Haven’t touched this stuff in over 15 years but the flavor is ingrained in my memory. If you are short on cash and have no other choice, just make sure you drink it very, very cold.

This American Pale lager targets a simple palate, it is very drinkable and predictable - don’t expect anything special. Drink it cold in a chilled lager glass and this still is the one beer to have when you are having more than one - that is, if you can still find it anywhere.

Crisp, clean, refreshing, and non-offensive... its dirt cheap and will quench your thirst on a hot day... not much more you can ask for from this type of beer.

pours pale golden with a white head, smells malty and corn like, taste is watered down with some sweet malt flavor, the body is thin, another disapointing miller beer.

This reminds me of all the generic beers that I used to drink before I became "educated". Tastes of malt with very little hops, unneeded sweetness and flavors of corn and hay. Still better than the Big three though

Aroma is pretty basic, its sweet malt. The appearance is basic too, its pale yellow. Once you pour it the big white head foams away to nothing within a minute. Flavor, well its also basic, very sweet with a light chemical hop bitterness. Thin palate with a nice malty aftertaste that quickly turns sour. Best used as a cooking beer.

Well...This is a total classic.....It reminds me of the time at Pepsi Arena when Phish was playing..........and my buddy and I were totally twisted....Grainy sweet adjunct nose. Small whitish head. Golden. Tastes sweet as all hell. Not very ice. But still this is American piss as we have all grown to love. That tap handle sketches me the fock out...
