ersma: von der berliner biermeile einen abstecher in die kleine brauerei gemacht. der brauer ist mir irgendwann auch auf der meile über den weg gelaufen - bevor ich die brauerei besucht habe. sein glück.
braun-rötlich, trübe mit viel stabilem schaum.
der geruch ist leicht malzig.
der antrunk ist säuerlich, leicht malzig. die mitte ist recht herb und säuerlich. der abgang ist herb-bitter, die bei eienm dunklen erwartete malzige röstigkeit fehlt fast ganz.
fazit: was macht der brauer falsch? alle getesteten biere sind säuerlich bis sauer und fiese herb. optisch sind alle top.

On tap at the brewpub. Slightly hazy ruby-amber colour, white head. Aroma of toast, light nutty, light burnt caramel. Flavour is light sweet, light burnt caramel, rye, toast, light bitter finish. Light-bodied. Decent dunkel.

The head is stable, the body red-brown. It smells darkmalty, sweet. The taste is malty, a bit soft, aromatic, bit amber-fruity, flowery, roasty and creamy. This is a tasty, full bodied and balanced beer. Good 12/11/12/11/-/11

Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy brown colour. Small off-white head. The flavour is weakly caramelly. Rather mild and a little boring, but does not have any bad flavours as such.

Draught at Schalander Brewpub. Cloudy brown - white head. Tvål. Lots of bread, Roasted notes. Ryebread. Ok light hoppy. Nutty. Cocoa notes. Nice dry bitter finish.

Draught at Hausbrauerei. Color deep red cloudy, frothy head.Aromas sweet malts, mild, cooked vegetables, roasted, plums and some raisins. Dry with mild hoppy finish. An ok Dunkles with microbrew taste or some impurity issues.

Draught, a beautiful dark copper with a rocky, lacing off-shite head. Lightly bitter, but not for long; dry and malty but actually a little more hops-balanced than expected. Weak caramel. Fullish body, lots of lace. OK, more of a generic ’beer’ than a Dunkel.

On tap at the site. Cloudy amber with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of grain, nuts, hay and grass. Thin and dryish grainy malt flavour with a roasted and biscuit note. Slightly sour finish
