Draught @ Brewpub. Pours hazy golden with a creamy white head. Mild banana, mild wheat and lots of grains. Medium bodied. Light estery. Very fine.

ersma: beim beasuch der berliner biermeile nutzte ich die gelegenheit, die kleine brauerei aufzusuchen, die in fußmarschweite ist (ok, war eher gewaltmarsch...).
bernstein-orange, trübe mit viel schaum.
der geruch ist hefig-bananig mit deutlicher diacetyl-note.
der antrunk ist säuerlich und hefig und schmeckt nach braufehler. die mitteist säuerlich mit etwas süße. erstaunlich herb für ein weißbier. der abgang ist herb-bitter, insofern untypisch.
fazit: nö, tut nicht not.

On tap at the brewpub. Hazy golden orange colour, white head. Aroma of spice, caraway, clove, wheat. Flavour is dry, wheat, caraway, clove, plastic, phenols, bitter light hoppy finish. Light-bodied, full carbonation.

The head is stable, the body grey-brown and cloudy. It smells yeasty, creamy. The taste is intensive yeasty, fruity, a bit citrus, little bit banana, refreshing and creamy. Overall ok! 11/12/11/12/-/11

Draught at the brewpub. Not much aroma. Cloudy orange colour. Small white head. The flavour is of olives?! Rough bitterness.

Draught at Schalander brewpub. Cloudy golden - white head. Banana. Fruity. Citrus. Wheaty. Freshness. Light sweetness. Ok hoppy. Superfresh - but still a weizen.

Amber orange cloudy color with white thick head. Aromas are plums, berries. Taste is tart acidic, winy. Flavours plums, berries and fruits. The taste was too tart for Weizen and the overall impression I got is that there’s impurity issues. With weizen beer not much common. As a lambic or spicy winy beer it could work. From all the tasted this one did not finish.

Draught. Cloudy dull orange with super rocky, fluffy, nebular white head. Nose is wheat- and banana-heavy. Wow, super dry for a Weizen, too dry, really, sort of soul-sucking dryness with grainy wheat. Mineral quality here unredemptive. More damning: not a whole lot different from their Dunkel! A struggle to finish and a surprising disappointment.

On tap at the site. Cloudy orange with a lasting white head. Spicy and fruity aroma with a touch of citrus. Dry and grainy malt flavour with lemon peel and spice.
