It’s unclear warm yellow-golden with a huge, creamy head. The aroma has notes of yeast, clove, banana and wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of yeast, clove, banana, wheat, fruit and the finish is spicy with notes of yeast and banana. it’s very well balanced and among the best!!

Ba! che dire, weisse che a me non è piaciuta. Soliti aromi e sapore di banana e bubblegum. Quella presenza costante del malto di grano è un pò stucchevole. Un pò acquosa a tratti. Finale luppolato. Non è malaccia, ma meritare la medaglia d’oro 2008 come miglior weiss del sud di Germania, mi faceva pensare a qualcosa di parecchio più buono.

Bottle: Almost cloudy, average off-white head, cloves - mainly - and bananas in the nose; sweet sourish flavour, light bodied, soft MF; slightly lingering citrussy and wheaty finish. Skunky aroma, better taste…

(bottle) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Aroma of bubblegum and wheat, accompanied by stronger phenolic notes. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Yeasty, moderately wheaty taste with notes of banana, traces of apricots and cloves; mildly sweet and slightly bitter-tart with present clovy notes. So là-là. 15.II.12

0,5 l. bottle from German friend in a weizen glass. Yellow, hazy colour with a creamy, white head that held throughout. Moderate hops and yeasts in the aroma, with notes of sweet fruits in particular banana. Moderate bitter taste with fruity notes. Slightly oily palate. Average, light bitter finish.

bottle from Biershop-bayern.de. Cloudy, very shiny golden colour with an orange glow, large and creamy white head. Wheaty and malty, quite full-bodied, slightly hoppy. There are flavours of tropical fruit present, mango, papaya, very shy hints of banana. Perfect carbonation. A delicious, well crafted example of the style - anytime again. Underrated in my opinion.

Bottle 50cl from quack-duck thanks ! A cloudy golden beer with a nice head and lacing. Nose is low on weizen yeast. Aroma is medium malty with weizen notes and cereal body, a bit watery with an astringent finish and slightly acid. A bit different that usual weissbier but in the average.

ABV: 5.2%. Hazy medium orange yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, banana, rubber notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, rubber notes. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20110312]

Golden colour and hazy. Has a white head, medium duration. Spicy aroma, almost like earwax. Sweet flavor, some coriander. Faint acid too. Lively carbonation.
