despite the trouble opening the bottle leading to a spraying of my kitchen walls, i find it to be an amazingly smooth weisse beer. good balance. i love my volunteer jobs!!!

Draught at the Bierfestival Gusswerk in Salzburg 2007: Orange to brown color, very creamy, dense head. Flavor with fruity notes of grapes, light winey and a bit flat. Some spicy notes too. Dry, light bitter finish.
