330ml bottle (Koht Spring Auction, Tallinn)
Very biscuity grainy aroma. Ditto taste. Sweetish too. Clean palate when poured clear. Straw, large spongy head. More character before the yeast. More floral, and softer bready taste, from the yeastier glass. Which also had a lovely floral hoppy finish - I drank all the dregs from the bottom of the bottle! Refreshing for a 7% beer, had an interesting character, not just another cookie-cutter saison.

Bottle at ns tasting. Hazy pale gold pour with small creamy white head. Aroma is citrusy, light flour malt notes, grassy hoppiness, spicy yeasty notes. Taste is slightly sweet, mild bitterness, quite spicy as well, pretty balanced overall. Palate is light-med bodied, good carbonation. Ok.

Bottle (330 ml). Train tick. Hazy yellow/golden with a small white head and some lacing. Aroma is citrusy with herbal notes, light spiciness and yeast. Taste is also citrus with herbal/floral notes, yeast and light bitterness. Medium body. Moderate carbonation. Dry finish. There’s also a touch of alcohol in this one. Decent/good Saison with a tad too much alcohol presence, but it’s still quite tasty and enjoyable. Drinkability is moderate.

Bottle. Pours hazy orange with a medium white head. Aroma has orange peel, yeast, some spices, pepper and saison funk. Taste has funk, some oange and citrus, spices and a medium bitter finish. Medium body and carbo. Decent saison, although it is a bit too "musty".

Great aroma of Belgian yeast, good blonde color, flavors of Belgian yeast, hop, & smoothness for the palate. I would look for this beer again if offered.

Appearance: A clear brass colored beer. A white head with some lacing and good curtains.
Taste: Tasting sweet, peach, coriander, bitter peel.
Palate: Medium carbonation, a sticky texture. A big body with a slightly dry finish.
Overall: A solid spicy saison

Zusammengefasst sehr lecker

Backlog. 33 cl bottle enjoyed Feb. 2004. Orange/amber color. Dense head, with a small layer remaining. Aroma’s: Fruit, caramel, malty sweetness. Flavor is caramel, medium sweet, light fruity acidity. Medium bodied. Finishes medium bitter. Very nice, but a bit too strong & full for a saison.
