Bottled 330ml. -Dark brown coloured, medium sized brown head, notes of coffee and smoke in the nose. Roasted malt, bitter coffee and dark fruits with notes of chocolate and smoke. Touch of acidity in rather dry bitter finish. A bit thin palate but all in all good stout.

Bottle. Very dark brown with a small beige head. Aromas are earthy roast coffee with chocolate and toffee. Flavours are coffee with smooth chocolate, almost milkshake in character. Yeasty with herbal notes. Peppery with floral notes and a slightly oily palate. Warming alcohol and peppery on the finish. Good.

Bottle. Black beer with a strong head. The aroma is milky coffee, and the flavour is sweet, coffee and lightly bitter. Overall a nice gentle coffee beer.

Bottle. [thank you Skortila/caesar]
Pours deep brown with a giant, frothy, beige head. Fizzes away rather slowly. Mild toasted toffee aroma, light milky chocolate and a touch of roasted malts. A bit weak mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Flavour is lovely, though. Mild, elegant roastiness, milky chocolate. Toffee and a touch of coffee. Very long, lingering aftertaste.

Bottled. Thanks bierkoning! Deep brown color, good creamy beige head. Toasted coffeish, licorice aroma, a bit similar to Slottskällans IS. Later also some earth and metal. Flavor is suprsingly quite weak and mouthfeel is thin and watery for a beer of this strength. Light coffee, toasted malts, chocolate, but these flavors are painfully toned down. Soft it is anyway.

Pours a lightish brown for a stout- nice foamy head. Aroma is a nice roasty barely- light coffee, with licorice hints. Smooth chocolate and nutty toasted malts, roasted barley light espresso, star anise and leather with a clean bitter finish. As it warms you get some slight burnt rubber burnt toast and charred wood.
