COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle (purchased at the brewpub). Head is initially small, frothy/fizzy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is clear light amber. Aroma is lightly malty (cookie), lightly hoppy (apricot), with notes of diacetyl and taffy. Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter, slightly unclean. Light body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Truly sad. Icky, artificial-smelling nose (they still have diacetyl problems four years after Josh and Sunshine first visited, and that’s a sad thing indeed), extremely thin and watery, and not clean. Complete drain pour.

At Hütt’n, Nurnberg 9/07/2011. Reddish amber with a decent, off-white head. Sweetish, caramel, red fruit and dusty hop aroma. Flavour had plenty more sweetness, with some solid malts and dryish finish. Good.
