COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A traditional all malt beer, fermented in the traditional German method with a long cold storage. Quite full-bodied with a big malt start, balanced with quite a high bitterness and hop flavour and a dry finish. The Lager has a hoppy, aromatic, and sometimes honeyish nose. No added sugar, preservatives or chemicals; unfiltered and unpasteurised. Available in 780ml champagne style bottles. Should be consumed within 3 weeks of bottling.

UPDATED: FEB 20, 2005 one of the most inconsistent beers ever. can be really nice, creamy and perfumey-hoppy, other times it’s a feast of DMS and esters. always full-bodied, but never keeps a head for longer than 20 seconds.rer8: lately this has been grossly laced with vulgar levels of diacetyl and DMS.
