Bottled. Deep golden and hazy. Orangey aroma. Light bodied, but still with nice malt accent. Very flavourful and promising with balanced bitterness, but also beginning deterioration in form of acidity. I really need to seek up this brewer to get their beer fresh whenever I go down under. Thanks duff for sending this and all the other beers!!!

Hazy tan colour. Citrusy, flowery hop nose. Touch of yeast. Fresh tasting, light, but drinkable.

Pale golden beer, thin white head. Nice big spicy hop aroma, bready malt and a very fresh yeasty aroma and flavour. Long sweet malt finish mixed with spicy noble hops. Really has the guts.

Very nice lager, with a fruity flavour, very nice to drink all night, i dig it.

UPDATED: AUG 17, 2003 vastly improved. golden, crisp, some apple and an earthy hops aroma. quality stuff

On tap at the Australian Hotel in Sydney. Pours orangey gold with a white head. Served real cold here. Has a medium hop bitterness. The finish has a nice cloying, not drying bitter flavor. Slight citrus tartness at the end. This was delicious with kangaroo pie.

Hazy blonde coloured body with a thin white head. Aroma of coriander seed, wheat and whole oranges. Medium-bodied; Spicey flavour with coriander seed, nutmeg & wheat-VERY flavourful! Aftertaste spicey and full flavoured. Overall, one of the best lagers i’ve had-I think it’s a wheat! Afterwards...STRONG meaty flavours with beef stock, potatoes & celery!! WIERD! Tasting this after the Cascade 4 Seasons, these tastes come out, but prior, the wheaty tastes come out. Still, a crazy brew that is unpasteurised and very refreshing. I sampled this pint at the Australian Hotel on the Rocks in Sydney, Australia on 09-June-2004.

Slightly hazy orangey/golden colour with a medium size white head. Grainy aroma. Taste was good, more malt,a touch of citrus, some banana at the end and a good mouthfeel.
