On the tap. Very clear straw-yellow colour, medium sized fluffy and tall head. The aroma is too light, with malt notes and some spicy and hoppy chracter. Medium body, and pleasant carbonation. Also the flavour is not really defined and characterized, and the bitterness is present but blended with grain notes and a malty sweetness. Drinkable and refreshing but not unforgettable.

Bügelverschlußflasche: Clear, straw-golden coloured, stable mid-sized and lacing head, sweet-malty nose with a touch of cardboard and vegetables; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; grassy, almost harsh bitterness in the sweet-malty finish. Not too bad, but a bit unharmonic.......

(swing top bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a big foamy white head. Hay-like, spicy hops aroma with light sweet and grainy malt in the background. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft and pleasant carbonation. Initially strawy malty taste with a light herbal blend; moderately dry and slightly bitter finish with a herbal hoppy touch.

Bottled. Pale golden colour. Big, but quickly diminishing head. Lemony, floral hoppy aroma. Sweet, flowery, lemony, hoppy taste. A very drinkable, going-down-easily pilsner. Maybe a bit off-style, as it´s more like a helles or sweetish premium lager. I really dig the lemony, sweet taste. Reminded me strongly of Karwendelhell.
