Bottle. High creamy white lasting head. Hazy light orange body. Aroma of peaches. Pretty hoppy and spicy flavor with a good deal of alcohol as well, too much in my opinion. High carbonation and a long aftertaste.

2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20
Next on the Scheldebrouwerij list of must rates, tasted back in October of last year. Into a chalice at just on cold. Cloudy, orange gold with tight, fine bubbles. Head forms off the pour, settles in and then trashes the place with some mucked up, messy lace-work. Nice, gooey, sweet, candied pear nose predominantly with an underlying mix of citric fruits, vinous alcohol and a sprinkling of coriander. The mouth shows a shy lick of candi, pears and sweet oranges on the front quarter before some bitter, tart under-ripe oranges and lavishly overdone notes of raw coriander take hold and ruin everything.Coriander becomes annoying in fact. Its got volatiles of fusel alcohols also evident, a bit harsh, solventy. Finish has said alcohol, a little salt to add to the furore before it goes herbal for the length - which is looonng!!!
The body is fir and full, and it is smooth from go to wo, but wow is that flavour a kick in the nuts. It started off all peachy creamy, then it bit, and it bit hard. (33cL, BB2008, Int’l Beer Shop, W. Leederville)
