Aug 19, 2008 On tap at ’t Arendsnest. Hazy pale golden with a creamy, lacing head. Spicy aroma with a lot of coriander. Coriander flavours, good bitterness balancing the sweet malty base. Full-bodied. Quite nice, even if one-dimensional.

Aroma fruits, little spice, yeast, hops. Medium body.
Taste sweet/fruity start, some coriander, bitterhops finish.
Good, regular tripel.

May 26, 2008 Bottle. Light malty, hay and molasses, also moderate hoppy and citrus smell, light yeast. Creamy-frothy white large head which is long lasting, orange clear sparkling body. Acidic start, later on it gets sweeter. Light to medium body, creamy texture and a soft carbonation.
