3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
I had this one in a Bar in Delft. De zeezuiper is not a bad beer, but theres also nothing exciting to it. It has a nice golden colour with a small white head. The taste has the traditional bitterness of this kind of trippel. It is better than average, but far from exciting.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from de Bierschuur in Poppel. This golden beer sparkles in your glass and the head is pretty loose. In the smell can be aromas detected of orange blossom and a light fruitiness. Besides the fresh bitter and hoppy flavor you’ll also find orange and coriander back. A little spicy, he is also. The finish is pretty full of many flavors that remain for long. Furthermore, it is long and fresh.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
An amber orange coloured beer with a frothy but weak white head. A strong fruity aroma with a hint of malt in the background. Medium dry mouthfeel. A strong fruity slightly vinous taste, a tad on the sweet side, then a dry malty flavour comes through to balance the finish. Tasted at the Delirium Cafe, Brussels.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
33 cl. bottle poured in to a Tulip. Hazy, amber-golden colour with a big, fluffy white head. Fruity aroma with yeasts, spices, sweet fruits - apricot, oranges, some almond - orange marmalade. Rich malts. Taste is sweet. Medium to full body with a lively carbonation and a creamy texture. A good mouth feel for a Tripel. Finishes slightly drying with sweet fruits, yeasts and spices. Light toasted notes and a very discrete hint of alcohol. Very enjoyable Tripel.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours clear orange with tiny head. Aroma is quite malty with some spice. Taste is fairly mild, a bit of coriander, lemon, flowery, some sweet malts, watery. OK tripel that fails to excite.

Really interesting Tripel! Tasteful, not a typical Tripel: more yeasty than normal but really nice!
