Nice full beer, sweet and spicy with a bitter aftertaste. Not the best beer ever, but I would certainly recommend it it you like tripel.

Bottle at home. Hazy deep golden with white head. Sweet malts, grains, herbs, lemon, coriander, cloves, overripe banana, sugar, chalkiness, Belgian yeast, faint dust and gumball coating sweetness that later disappears. Medium sweet, light bitter, faint saltiness. Medium body, average carbonation. Surprisingly I’m enjoying this more than expected. Used to drink the Schelde beers regularly at De Paas before I was on RB, never rated.

Bra skumkrona, men inte överdrivet. Doftar en del jäst, men inte så att det sticker iväg åt skumbananhållet. Lite örtig, åt koriander-hållet. Bra tryck i smakerna. En aning spritig, men bra ändå. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from World Beer Market (Sake no Taniguchi). Stone fruity nose, estery and yeasty, some apricot and peach, rich malt, sweet with a little spiciness. Very cloudy apple juice color, thin head, and fine-bead lace. Yeasty and malty initial flavor, some honey, light spice (coriander?), and peppery bittering. Medium-heavy body and quite warming. Interesting and complex aromas, but milder flavors (for a tripel). Tasty.

Aroma:
Slight/medium aroma of malts, caramel, Belgian yeast, hops and citrus.

Appearance:
Turbid golden/amber beer with a slight/medium white head.

Taste/Palate:
Starts medium/heavy sweet with malts, caramel and Belgian yeast; ends slightly bitter with hops and citrus.

Overall:
This beer is intensely sweet with loads of Belgian yeast. A really simple and drinkable tripel, but could have been more complex.

Pours hazy golden with a big creamy white head. The aroma contains malts, caramel, citrus, yeast and sugar. It tastes medium to heavy sweet, fruity and light bitter. Fruity and alcoholic in the finish. Full body and fizzy carbonation. A fine Tripel.

33cl bottle. Pepper, gras, grain, malt, sausage in the nose. Clear blond, white creamy head. First taste is fruity, hops. Later more bitter. Fizzy mouthfeel.

On tap, Beergeek Praha. Impressions of look and smell left me flat; having tasted better Belgian trippels this one came up short. Not bad but not distinctive nor exciting either. If I found myself in a place with lesser beers (using the "one-eyed man is king" analogy) I would order it. Otherwise probably not...
