3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
33 cL bottle, chalice. Murky copper hue with a tall, creamy, white head that diminishes quickly. Candi sugar, cookie dough, and earthy hops jump out early. White grapes, pineapple, orages, and cinnamon apples lurk. Not bold, but very nice. Moderatley sweet, moderately acidic flavor becomes a lightly sweet, moderatley acidic, moderately bitter, dry finish. Medium body, creamy texture, lively carbonation, light alcohol. The bottom line is: a dry & sour tripel...not my thing (sweet & sharp) but worth a go.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Cloudy orange peach with a bubbly off white head. Aroma is dusty and yeasty with some flavors of orange and caramel. Taste is very smooth and on the sweet malty side. Just a touch of tartness. Very nicely done, this stuff finishes sweet and really drinkable.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Amber color with scads of extemporaneous things afloat. Moderate stable beige dense head. Lots of fruit in the aroma, with cherries, pears, passion fruit and mild blackberry. Some mild yeast, chalk and herbs also in the nose. Not as sweet as the aroma suggests, but some dry fruit flavors exist. Bread dough flavors come out mid swallow and hints of alcohol in the finish and linger. Not a bad triple from the region.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Hot spicy hop nose with strong underlying malty sweetness and some berry or honey-like esters. Clear, light copper coloured with nice cover of white head and good lacing. Mild bitterness offsets sweet fruits of the malt and yeast. Flowery hops in the dry finish. Smooth and creamy in the body while carbonation tickles gently on the tongue. Unlike Rasta, I would buy this again! Bottle enjoyed with MartinT and Rastacouere at Spuyten Duyvil (Brooklyn, New York).

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle at Spuyten Duyvil. Hazy amber to golden body. Decent 1cm white head. Spicy and flowery aroma. Unusual fruit flavors compared to most (berries), Yeastiness makes me think of sweet toothpaste here. Very sweet palate initially, but it gets drier, musty and becomes another one of those beers with a basement like dry yeastiness. Fruity and dominantly yeasty. Medium body, creamy texture, low carbonation. I would not buy it again..

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Cloudy orange color, large, looming head, bone-white, slowly shifting down.
Aroma, lightly spicy and citric, with other, tropical fruits making cameos. Nice enough, but pretty quiet.
Tastes good, smooth, with slightly spicy, fruity flavors appearing on the tongue, but way too mild compared to the best tripels these tastebuds have met.Light-bodied, with a nice, spicy/fruity finish that lasts and lasts. I do need more, that I’m just not getting, though.
Very easy-going, not "too"-anything, but I like a really good tripel to speak up and have something special to say. This bottle merely contains a beverage. Nice, though...not worth $4.49 a bottle, though!

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
creamy whitish/off white head. amber in color and golden at edges of glass. lightly cloudy with small yeast specks. aroma is mostly yeasty, some hop, light candi, some spice & grapefruit. cobwebs & barrel too? yeasty hoppy spicy start, faint alcohol crispness but not at all burning. nice layer of micro lacing, mildly fizzy carbonation. clean malt flavor. great "mild BSA"

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a bright copper color with lots of carbonation. A rather thick, large head forms at the top. The aroma is peaches with a little balsamic vinegar. The taste is nice and sweet. Has a quality of light lemon citrus with a little bit of caramel candy. The finish is herbal and like menthol or band-aids. Except for the finish, nice and refreshing.
