3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity wall adhesive white foam collar which was fine and even of structure. The beer also contained much carbonic acid in the glass. The beer has a yeasty thick dark blond and a sweet taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppy bitter with a light koriander touch . This beer smells to hop.

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap. First off, not very Belgian Tripel in taste or appearance, but certainly very good. Pours a clear pale yellow with a decent white head. Has a sweet aroma that is hard to define. Taste is sweet pale malt with a mild fresh hop bitterness. Not complex by any means, but very refreshing and tasty. More like a good ramped up Euro pils. ABV is virtually un-noticed. Nice.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt, spices, and some funky thing. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, fruits, and some funky yeast, leading to a dry finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.
