COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hop Ruiter (Hop Rider) has a full, almost rustic malt body, and pairs Belgian yeast-driven flavors with American assertive hoppiness. It is dry hopped, with two noble varieties which add complexity, delicacy and a bit of funk.

(33 cl bottle from Carrefour Express in Galeries Ravenstein; BBD: 06/2016 A) Pours a hazy amber with two-finger off-white head. Decent retention and lace. Decent regeneration. Aroma is malty with notes of toffee, citrus and leaves. Oily texture with medium body, medium carbonation and a sweet, warming finish. Flavour is sweet with aroma notes including a citric component. Not my favourite.

Mooi troebel bier met kleine doch stevige schuimkraag. Bier is heerlijk. Mooie tonen van citrus, hop en ander fruit.Aroma is hoppig en fruitachtig.

Kauge (603) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - MAY 10, 2015
Bottle. BB 2016. Yeasty-fruity-wheaty sweet. Pretty vile. Some grassy hops. Citric. Alcohol not hidden - this is not mellow ’warmth’ but rather boozy even. Soft smooth mouthfeel with a hint of graininess. Near non-existent carbonation. Should try again - not sure if I’m giving this a fair verdict right now.

Hazy golden color with a white head, good retention, lots of sediments. Aroma has bready notes, some toasty, fruity and spiced. Flavor is moderate sweet, bready and spiced notes with yeast. Alcoholic final with slightly sweet hints.

Bottle. Clear orange/yellow colour. Medium white head. Aroma of belgium yeast, spicy and fruity. Some hops, citrus and grass. Flavour of caramel malt, fruits, some vanilla? The finish is bitter and a bit dry. Good moothfeel, body is medium-creamy and medium carbo. A really nice blond ale ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cloudy orange yellow, gushing from the bottle. Light carbonation after that. Hoppy nose with some schnaps. Something not quite right with the aromas. Hops, sweet sour sauce, a lot of dirty earth. Dryer finish but a bit sticky

Is this a Tripel or an IPA? Its yeasty, fruity and bitter. Perfect beer for a nice summer day.

33 cl bottle at home. Blond, unfiltered. Foam head is white and steady: creamy with very small bubbles. In the nose I could find citrus, grass, hops. Taste is bitter, but not too bitter. Very balanced. aroma’s of grapefruit, citrus, grass, floral aroma’s. This is one of my top beers!

Shark_Pants (400) - AUSTRALIA - MAR 24, 2015
Golden amber colour with large off-white head. Inviting aroma of sweetened grains, honey, grassy hops. The taste is sweet honey, belgian funk, grassy hops, grain starch. Just enough bitterness to balance out the sweetness. Medium bodied with light carbcarbonation. This is mote like a tripel in style and is really quite good.

Troebel licht geel bier met schuim. Smaak is hoppig bitter en fris fruitig, appel en sporen van banaan. Smaak blijft redelijk lang hangen.
