2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Cloudy orange yellow, gushing from the bottle. Light carbonation after that. Hoppy nose with some schnaps. Something not quite right with the aromas. Hops, sweet sour sauce, a lot of dirty earth. Dryer finish but a bit sticky

4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
33 cl bottle at home. Blond, unfiltered. Foam head is white and steady: creamy with very small bubbles. In the nose I could find citrus, grass, hops. Taste is bitter, but not too bitter. Very balanced. aroma’s of grapefruit, citrus, grass, floral aroma’s. This is one of my top beers!

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Golden amber colour with large off-white head. Inviting aroma of sweetened grains, honey, grassy hops. The taste is sweet honey, belgian funk, grassy hops, grain starch. Just enough bitterness to balance out the sweetness. Medium bodied with light carbcarbonation. This is mote like a tripel in style and is really quite good.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
11.2 oz. bottle from Holiday Wine Cellar. Pours rich gold with a nice white head, good retention and slight lacing. Aroma of grass, hay, honey, slight bubblegum, grain, and earth. The hops add a spiciness and they balance the sweet malt well. Reminds me of Delirium Tremens in a way, but without the complex yeast flavor profile. It does have the Belgian yeast funkiness, which is good. I really like this beer, has a lively feel in the mouth and goes down easy with a nice balance of sweet and bitter.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
A cloudy beer where the yeast still swims around. It has a white but firm layer of foam. It has a sour aroma like that of an IPA. It tastes quite bitter but the sourness is also present. The aftertaste is bittersweet and hangs on for a while.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
bottle @ Party Source / Bellevue KY --- Slightly hazy mefium amber with a full white head cover, sheets of lace. Taste is grassy malt that adds floral and citrus hops on the swallow, mo0ving from there to a delicate malt/grass/floral hop finish. A solid brew that never reveals it’s alcohol.
