Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moldy - fusty, marzipan malt, moderate yeasty, earty, yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average duration, soft. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to fizzy. [20120317]

Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012. Hazy golden with tiny floaties. Small white head. Aroma of bubblegum, tropical fruit, sugar and grass with a hint of dusty cellar. Dry and a bit thin fruity flavour with alcohol and cellar notes

33cl bottle, courtesy of Joes. Clear golden color, small white head. Smell malts and some sourness. Taste malts, slight sour hint, mint, some sort of herbs or spices, can’t quite put my finger on it. Fizzy carbo, low to medium body.
