An older specimen of this beer bottled some 18 months earlier. Small head, coffee and dates (Phoenix dactylifera). Faint remains of hop aroma’s (Humulus lupulus) over stemmed by liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra root). I think I prefer this one a bit younger. The taste of fruits like cherries and raisins, caramel malts. It has some bitter with sweets. The aftertaste is bittersweet in a nice way.
