Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle. Golden pour with a white head. The aroma is full of wheat, yeast and biscuit malt. The flavor is similar with some biscuits, oranges, lemons and wheat. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle at home, 330 ml, into a tulip glass. ABV 9%.
Light golden orange colour, clear body. Tall head sitting on top, white, thick and soapy. Excelletn retention and veautiful lacing on the glass.
Great aroma, fruity, yeast, a bit of spices, some dough as well.
Taste is also great since it basically follows the aroma. Nice fruity notes, some yeast, spicy but just a tad bit. The alcohol is there but it is hardly notable. Nice bitterness on the aftertaste too, with good duration.
Medium to thick body, soft carbonation but on good levels.
Pleasanlty surprised by this one, I wasnít expecting it at all. Very drinkable too and quite sessionable besides the high alcohol. Very tasty!

Bottle sample at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks beerandbeyond. Deep golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, fruit liqueur and alcohol. Sweet and spicy flavor, alcoholic and a bit sugary. Medium-bodied.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Appearance attracts a cloudy yeasty and amber. Velvety white foam invites you to explore the beer. Durable foam to give the beerís appearance. The aromatic fragrance is a little bit starch. In spite of this fragrance to conquer yeast, malt and spices. Soft citrus fades as soon as caramel malt and spicy alcoholic heat from the road. Caramel maltiness and yeast spiciness to hide the lingering alcohol heat. The whole beer is hiding alcoholic and easy to drink.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Medium cloudy yellow banana yellow with white, foamy, lasting, thick, lacy head. Smells of yeast that consumes the nose. Apricot, citrus orange, pineapples and alcohol. Medium oily body with soft carbonation. Sweet taste of fruit (apricots), with light sourness and an overall herbal yeast hoppy finish. Bitter and peppery with sugar candy and a medium alcohol hit. Not sure why it says its a Quattro?

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a clear copper at first with a big bubbly head that receeds into a little cover that leaves some lacing. Aroma is fruity, spicy, some rough alcohol. Taste is less sweet than expected with a lot of warming alcohol and some bitterness. Flavors are not that distinctive and alcohol is not too well hidden. Fruits, spices again and candi sugar make up the flavors but they are crushed by alcohol. Average.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle (330 ml). Slightly hazy golden/copper with a small fully lasting white head and little lacing. Aroma is of belgian yeast, spices, herbal/floral notes, spices, light salty presence and fruits. Taste is moderately sweet with spices, herbal/floral notes, malt, light candi sugar and a moderate alcohol warming. Medium body. Good carbonation. Good Belgian Strong Ale (almost a Quad). Itís not as deep and complex as the best Belgian, but itís quite an enjoyable brew. Good beer!
