BB 12.2014, 0,33L bottle. Pours golden with huge white head. The head stays. Aroma is very intense, has a lot of fresh fruits, apples, sourness. Taste is sweet honey, fresh fruits, yeast, and alcohol. The finish is fruity with sour and some hoppy bitterness. Overall: not too complex, but rather nice and refreshing beer for the ABV. The sweetness may be little too much for some, but I don’t mind it.

33cl bottle from Beerhive. Appearance - a bit gushy but poured in time over 2 glasses. Amber with a decent head. Nose - burnt oranges Taste - more butnt oranges plus some spice and a bit of cream in the background. Palate - medium to full bodied. Well hidden alcohol. Nice tangy texture. Dry tangy finish Overall - yes good beer and scarily drinkable at 9.5%.

05.2013th bottle from tripel glass,
Pours hazy amber with medium light-beige top, good lasing from the top of the glass. Aroma vanguard malty with hops touch, berries, a bit boiled vegetables as well - later in taste too. Taste medium to medium plus sweet, minimal bitter. Above medium body, pulp texture, minimal dry finish, sweetish aftertaste, too light astringency for Belgian ale, yeast presence is light to minimal in flavor, above average carbonation. Nothing special brew.

Bottle 330 ml. Pours slightly hazy copper with frothy white head, quickly disappearing. Aroma is quite rich: caramel, malt, alcohol, nuts, slight lemon, apple, herbal. Unfortunatly, it also has some note of rubber which is a little unplesant. Taste is really malty, with lots of caramel. Sweetness is fairly well balanced. Full bodied with pleasant warming alcohol. I was kind of disapointed since I thought this was a quadruppel (says quattro on the bottle), so I guess I had unrealistic expectations about this one. Still, fairly enjoyable.

Pours a hazy golden/amber with a tall white head. Aroma of malt, fruits, yeast, plenty of spices, slightly hoppy. Yeast is quite pronounced. Peppery bitterness in the aftertaste. Good brew!

33cl bottle at home. Hazy orange with a medium white head. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Sweet with some slightly alcoholic bitter notes. Pineapple, citrus, coriander and wheat. A decent strong ale.

Blonde dorée trouble, dépôt en suspension, effervescence moyenne-forte, col blanc fin. Malts très présents dès le départ, rattrapés par une légère amertume des plus agréables et un fruité jaune juste comme il faut.
