Slightly hazy yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is grassy hops along with fruits and yeast. Flavour is yeasty, toffeeish and some fruityness. Balanced and fresh, but quite basic brew.

(Bottled@Caruso, Roosendaal) Slightly hazy golden with a medium, creamy-lacy head. Very fruity bananaish aroma with slight sourness. Slightly sour-malty, sweetish and very fruity flavor with low to medium bitterness. Medium-bodied with medium carbonation. Not that complex, but very balanced and fresh, pleasant brew.

Typical Schelde, a murky blond ale in the Strandgaper mould. Full body, slightly herbal. And a really fine evening’s entertainment in a cafe aiming to cater for those who appreciate quality produce. Other interesting beers like Trois Fouquets available.

This beer has a pale yellow body - hue apperance and a coarse white scum collar. I have drunk the beer from the bottle and it had not much carbonic acid. The initial flavor taste is spicy with a lite bitter afther tast.
